Fair Business Practices
The Artsupplies.co.nz website is committed to following fair business practices, we are bound by the obligations set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are fixed once your order is confirmed. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to confirmed orders.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, direct debit and cheque. If paying by cheque we will ship items once the cheque has been cleared. When placing orders on our website your credit card details are always secured with 40bit encryption. Funds are debited from your credit card account upon acceptance of order as for your protection; we do not keep your credit card details on file.

Faulty Goods

Any damaged items must be returned in the original packaging complete with a copy of the original invoice. If you are unable to supply a copy of the invoice, include a note containing your name, address, contact ph number and reason for return.
 

Returns Policy
Where possible, faulty items will be replaced. In The event that replacement is not possible a full refund for the item will be given. In the case of refunds for faulty items, credit will be made to your credit card account if paid by credit card.
If payment made by cheque we will refund by cheque.

The Art Supplies website will only accept returns for the following:

Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
Goods supplied incorrectly
Goods that vary from their description on the website
This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

Please contact orders@artsupplies.co.nz if you wish to return an order. You will receive instructions on how to return orders, and a Return Authority number that must accompany any returns.

RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORITY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER UNOPENED.

Privacy

We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. We will use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. From time to time we may send you product information, (including special offers), in the mail or by email. If at any time in the future you wish to remove your name from our customer list you need only to ask.
