“DELIVERY DETAILS”
Delivery in the Auckland Region is 2-4 working days. Delivery for
areas outside the Auckland Region is 4-10 working days. Rural delivery
may take extra 1-2 working days.
The Artsupplies.co.nz website holds stock of the popular brands and
colours in our Auckland Store. All other items are provided by the
supplier on demand. Once the items have arrived in store they will be
packaged and couriered to you.
From time to time suppliers are unable to fulfill your order.
Products can be discontinued at any time with out our knowledge, should
this occur we will inform you as soon as possible. If you purchased a
discontinued item you can choose something else to the same value or we
can credit you the amount.
New Zealand orders may be split and dispatched as items become
available. International orders will be dispatched once all items are
ready to ship.

NB: Items that are Oil Based or Flammable products can not be
shipped overseas.
Our Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on-line and in store. All Gift
Vouchers are valid for one year from the issue date shown and cannot
be exchanged for cash and we can not hold credits for them to be
used at a later date. Please note all Gift Vouchers must be posted
to Meadowlands Shopping Plaza, Howick, Auckland for your order to be
sent to you. Goods will not be sent until your voucher is received.
We can not refund any Gift Vouchers if it has been lost or stolen.
